Big day. About 10,000 up and 9000 down today. Today's ride took me through the Kentucky hills and into the Virginia hills too. Pretty steep in a few places. Storms hit about 2pm, but it actually helped as I climbed the last big hill. Stayed at the bicycle hostel Elk Grove Church near Rosedale.
